They are the most annoying class to deal with. "You don't play games to win, you play games so you can make you're opponents rage quit". Warlord/Gunlancer is easily the best solo class. I think this is a somewhat risky answer. There are a lot of disclaimers to make.The animations are smooth, most can be dash canceled which makes it easy to dodge. The 60% shield from transformation (and the 50% shield from fiery escape) is VERY nice everywhere there is chip damage or dots. The general squishyness of the class makes him binary tho: you are either full life and shielded or dead.Chances are, you won't regret it. Anyhow as for beginner alts, Recommended : Sorc, zerk, artillerist, shadow hunter. Dont's : wardancer, gunlancer, soulfist, sharpshooter (situational), and supports (bard/pally) The ones I mentioned for "don't" are classes that either suck at lower tiers (soulfist/wardancer) or are a chore/pain to do dailies in ...in general, classes that are more mobile (with skills that increase mobility) will be able to clear the main story and level up the fastest. •. Nope classes that have high mobility can save tons of time in the game if I travel 80% faster then you in a game that requires a lot of travel I'm going to beat your ass in a race everytime. Obviously ... Deathblade, shadow hunter, berserker, sorc are really fun to level, because they don't require you to think at all during the leveling phase, it's just a straight playstyle with eye-candy skills. Nice, that sounds right up my alley. Sorc looks super fun but I worry the experience may be too similar to artillerist..
